Please note that the shipping costs may vary depending on the selected method and the destination. The carriers we currently use are UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Load Smart(pallets).

Delivery Time:

The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. We strive to deliver your order within the specified timeframe. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier delays, may occasionally affect the delivery schedule.

Shipment Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Return Policy

Eligibility:

We take pride in the quality of our custom packaging products, and we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is the result of an error on our end (defective or incorrect item), then we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund using the original form of payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that the refundย amount may exclude any shipping charges paid during the original purchase.
