Do you ship Internationally?

Yes. We can ship internationally for an additional fee. Please call us to inquire about international shipping.

Can I request a product sample?

Yes. You may request a sample of an unbranded product by selecting the sample check box on the product page you desire and following the checkout process. All samples are $5 each plus a flat shipping fee of $8.

How can I track my order?

For all shipments you will automatically receive an email from us within 24 hours with your shipment details.

Will I be charged tariff fees on my order?

Currently Headie Supplies does not charge any additional fees on top of our shipping rates.

How will my package be shipped?

Packages will be shipped in our branded Headie Supplies boxes or the original boxes from the manufacturer. Please contact sales@headiesupplies.com if you need discreet packaging to be applied to your order.

How can I order customized packaging?

Check out Brand Bundles and select any item to get started. These are carefully curated custom packaging options that are most popular with our customers. Or you can select your customization on each individual product page. Select your desired quantity and then select your customization preference. How long does the customization process take?

We have some of the fastest turnaround times in the industry. There is a production time frame label on each customizable product offered on our site.

Custom products that are not listed will be given a timeline from their sales representative.

This is design and product dependent. Timing may vary from customization.

Is this packaging compliant in my state?

We offer different various packaging products that are child-resistant, tamper-evident, and can meet various packaging regulations by state. While we make every effort to follow your states guidelines it is ultimately up to the customer to check with your local regulators for any compliancy approvals.
