We take pride in the quality of our custom packaging products, and we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
Return Process:
Condition of Returned items:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Please ensure that all components are included in the return package.
Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is the result of an error on our end (defective or incorrect item), then we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund using the original form of payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that the refund amount may exclude any shipping charges paid during the original purchase.
